Michael K. Wons, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO CellTrak Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Wons has 25+ years senior executive experience focused on advanced technologies, strategy execution and winning the hearts and minds of internal and external customers. Mike is an industry leading practical technologist with strong abilities to engage customers, partners and the industry in common solutions and value realization. Mike provides deep industry expertise across broad spectrum of leading solutions for Healthcare including homecare, life sciences, clinical systems, provider/payer networks, public safety, mobility solutions, hospital systems and insurance processing.
Most recently Mike served as VP and General Manager for Federal Signal Corporation's Public Safety Systems (PSS) division a $200M business unit providing solutions to customers in over 80 countries. PSS has hundreds of employees and delivered double digit growth year over year. Prior to Federal Signal Mike served in senior executive roles for start-up and major companies including Microsoft, Waste Management and Primedia. Mike is a graduate of the Aurora University Management Development Program, has a Bachelors Degree from Governors State University and is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University's Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Wons is the Chairman of the Board at CellTrak and actively serves and participates in the National Association of Homecare and Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO). Mr. Wons also serves or has served in advisory board roles for Home Care & Hospice Strategic Planning Congress, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) work group, AT&T Field Services Advisory Board, Microsoft CTO Council and the Service Oriented Architecture Consortium (SOA-C).
Mark T. Koulogeorge, Managing General Partner of MK Capital
Mark Koulogeorge is Managing General Partner of MK Capital a $250 million venture capital firm which invests primarily in software, digital media and educational technology. Mr. Koulogeorge leads the firm’s digital marketing and software investment practices and has over fifteen years of venture capital experience. Mark’s functional expertise is in developing sales, marketing and distribution strategies to achieve market leadership and in the creation of high performance executive teams.
Mark has served on the boards of directors of over 20 technology companies which have generated over $400 million of realized gains for his investors. He has been the lead or first institutional investor in a number of significant technology companies including: Tradex Technologies, (sold to Ariba for $1.8 billion), Aprimo ( sold to Teradata for $540 million), Initiate Systems ( sold to IBM for $424 million) and The Cobalt Group ( sold to ADP for $400 million). Mark is currently a director of Apex Learning, CellTrak, Healtination, Junction Solutions, Kontiki, OutdoorHub and Reachforce.
Prior to his career in venture capital, Mr. Koulogeorge was an Executive Officer of Eagle Industries, a $1.5 billion diversified manufacturer, controlled by Chicago entrepreneur Sam Zell and earlier a consultant with Booz Allen. He earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
William K. (Bill) Hall, Founding Partner at Procyon Advisors LLP
William K. (Bill) Hall is a Chicago-based venture capitalist who invests in healthcare and industrial companies. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Engineering and Business Schools at the University of Michigan. Mr. Hall currently serves on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: Stericycle (SRCL: NASDAQ), Grainger (GWW: NYSE), Actuant (ATU: NYSE), Rush University Medical Center – Academic medical center in Chicago, Illinois, Northwestern University Settlement Association – Inner city social services in Chicago, Illinois, University of Michigan Depression Center – Academic & clinical medical research center in Ann Arbor, Michigan and University of Michigan Center for Entrepreneurship - Ann Arbor, Michigan.
From 1980 – 2009, Mr. Hall was a senior corporate executive in five companies including; Procyon Technologies, Inc, Falcon Building Products, Inc. (FBP: NYSE), Eagle Industries, Inc. (Privately owned by Mr. Sam Zell), Farley/Northwest Industries/Fruit of The Loom (FOL: NYSE) and Cummins (CMI: NYSE).
From 1970-1980, Mr. Hall was a Professor of Business Administration at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, the Harvard Business School, and the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). He has degrees in engineering, mathematics, and business administration from the University of Michigan.
Andrew Kaboff, Founder, Executive VP and Chief Business Development Officer CellTrak Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Kaboff founded CellTrak in 2005 and currently services as its Chief Business Development Officer. Andrew has deep industry expertise in healthcare outcome based care systems and serves on advisory boards for the industry. He has worked with the industry and partner community across North America to develop and launch the CellTrak solution offerings including visit management, time and attendance, mileage and GPS, scheduling and outcome based care solutions all with a common goal of empowering the "care team".
From 2003 to 2004 he worked for Scanbuy, Inc., where he co-developed and marketed a software solution using a barcode scanner for the home healthcare market. From 1999 to 2003 he was Director of Marketing and Business Development for iPilot, Inc. From 1996 to 1999 he was Vice President of Corporate Accounts for Midwest Computer Works and from 1990 to 1996 he was Vice President of Spiro/Ricciardi Real Estate. Andy has a BS from the University of Kansas (1991).
