Michael K. Wons, President and CEO

Michael K. Wons is an experienced senior executive who is leading all aspects of CellTrak's strategy and execution of its business plan. With more than 25 years of experience with leading healthcare and advanced technology companies Mr. Wons brings a unique "customer focused" perspective to lead CellTrak. Serving in Senior Executive roles with start-ups, mid-stage companies and industry leaders Federal Signal Corporation, Microsoft and Waste Management, Mike is a passionate leader experienced with engaging customers, partners and the industry in the build out of mission critical solutions. Mr. Wons is the Chairman of the Board at CellTrak and actively serves and participates in the National Association of Homecare and Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO). Mr. Wons also serves or has served in advisory board roles for Home Care & Hospice Strategic Planning Congress, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) work group, AT&T Field Services Advisory Board, Microsoft CTO Council and the Service Oriented Architecture Consortium (SOA-C). Mike is focused on helping establish a common platform for the industry to help enable automation of processes and improving the delivery of care via mHealth solutions.

Andrew M. Kaboff, Founder, Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer

Andrew Kaboff leads all aspects of CellTrak's global business development. Andrew's responsibilities include the strategic development of partnerships with customers, integrated solutions and cellular carriers. In addition, he leads the development of CellTrak's product and global expansion strategy. Andrew developed the CellTrak concept in late 2004 and launched the company and its first customer in early 2006. Andrew has been recognized by the National Association of Homecare and Hospice (NAHC) as an industry leader and visionary for developing solutions for a mobile workforce. In 2003 Andrew worked with Scanbuy, Inc., to co-develop a field force automation solution using a barcode scanner for the home healthcare industry. From 1999 to 2003, Andrew was Director of Business Development for iPilot, a licensee of Motorola intellectual property and a developer of a personal barcode scanner for linking print to the internet via barcodes. Andrew was responsible for developing iPilot's partnerships and vertical market sales channels.

Steven A. Wegner, Co-Founder, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Steven Wegner leads all technology efforts for CellTrak. From 1996 to 2006, Steve was a technology solutions consultant for Intelligent Computer Solutions / Sikich Group, where he was responsible for new business development and account management for network integration, connectivity, security and infrastructure projects as well as custom software and website development projects. Prior to that Steve spent ten years with Rogan Corporation, where he was responsible for application engineering of new mobility products, as well as network and custom software. Steve provides CellTrak Technologies expertise in Web Application Environment Experience, Data Center design, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuance Strategies, and Network infrastructure of all types.

Debbie Cullen, Vice President of Client Services

Debbie Cullen leads all customer support, implementation and training activities for CellTrak. Debbie is an experienced professional in management and administration leadership roles. She has a career that spans 20 years in customer service and managing client services. Debbie's professional profile contains a range of expertise including exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate high performance teams. Debbie possesses deep expertise in client services process improvement for emerging companies. Prior to joining CellTrak in 2008, Debbie had 17 years of successful experience at American Express in client services leadership roles.

Ray DeArmitt, Vice President and Chief Sales Officer

Ray DeArmitt is the global leader for all sales and marketing efforts for CellTrak Technologies, Inc. Ray brings over 25 years of healthcare experience and industry knowledge to CellTrak. Prior to joining CellTrak, Ray worked for Allscripts-Misys Healthcare as the Vice President of Sales for Allscripts Homecare as well as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Transaction Services division. He has also held senior sales leadership positions with Emdeon and Johnson & Johnson. Ray is experienced in sales excellence and has deep knowledge and proficiencies in developing and managing a national sales force as well as partner channel development, customer engagement, strategic business planning, sales process execution, operational sales efficiencies and customer satisfaction excellence. Ray graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management.

Deb Mulholland, Vice-President of Global Operations

Deb Mulholland is an experienced senior executive who brings 30 years of management experience including government, non-profit and private organizations. Since 1993 Deb held a senior manager position with ParaMed Home Health Care, a large home health care service provider with over 4500 employees. At ParaMed Deb played a key role in the approval and successful implementation of technology based solutions to reduce risk and increase quality in the delivery of care and services. Deb is an effective and thorough operational planner with expert knowledge in the home health care and human resource management field. Deb has participated in many strategy formulation processes to respond to the complex health system and service delivery challenges faced in home care. She has exceptional analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving skills and has extensive knowledge of and experience in risk management and continuous quality improvement practices, tools, and techniques. In her role as Vice President of Client Integration and Operational Efficiency, Deb will focus on creating partnerships and supporting organizations in the achievement of system integration, leveraging technology to realize improved organizational and client outcomes in addition to leading our Canadian Operations.

Barry Billings, Vice-President CellTrak Canada/President, MedShare

Barry is the Founder of MedShare a division of CellTrak Technologies located Cambridge, Ontario. Barry graduated from Engineering in 1983 and quickly entered the IT field, developing structural design applications. Over the past 18 years, Barry has been a leader in healthcare IT providing Innovative Health IT solutions for many areas of health care including US Military hospitals, civilian hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, CCACs, professional organizations and for the last 7 years, home healthcare organizations. Barry is passionate about empowering health care workers at the point if care, using leading edge mobile technology to provide efficient access to client health information, decision support and care documentation tools. MedShare has been a leader in mobile solutions for nurses and therapists in the home health care sector since 2005. Barry provides product management, manages the Canadian R&D activities and actively engages in all forms of business development.

Jerry Cai, Director of Web Applications

Jerry Cai leads the Web Applications Team for CellTrak's advanced homecare solution. Jerry has over 10 years software development experience in electronic health record applications. Prior to joining CellTrak in 2007, Jerry worked for Medicity, Inc., where he developed one of the first online lab order-entry and results reporting systems in the healthcare industry. Jerry received his Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University, China.

Diane Dalbke Director of Finance and Administration

Diane Dalbke leads the financial management processes at CellTrak. Diane has over 25 years of experience working in the financial area for growth oriented industry leading organizations. After receiving her M.S. in Accounting, she worked up through the corporate ranks for various companies. She began her career as a staff accountant for a subsidiary of USG and later became VP of International Finance for Edelman Public Relations before leaving the corporate world to work independently as a consultant. She was a team leader in a financial systems implementation at Edelman and this is where she developed an interest in software solutions. Diane has worked with many different types of firms over the years and has obtained detailed knowledge financial process excellence for software companies along the way.
