Professional Home Health services include medical or psychological assessment, wound care, medication teaching, pain management, disease education and management, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy. Life Assistance services may include transportation, assistance with activities of daily living, bathing assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders or monitoring.
