GPS Maps and Travel Management

GPS Mapping and Travel Management monitors home care providers in real time and provides information to proactively manage your home care business. CellTrak presents maps with driven routes and the travel times along the route. CellTrak automatically calculates the shortest distance between scheduled patient and office visits and eliminates all other mileage traveled. Our maps even let you know when a staff member is at a patient or office location.

The safety and well being of your staff is improved due to the fact you can monitor and know where they are. Your home office will also be notified with alerts for missing, late, short or long visits as they occur. With this knowledge you can now let clients, patients, offices and or the family of a staff member know where they are, and if they will be on time or need help. You cannot do any of that with paper and manual processes.

Maps Page sample:

• The Maps page displays a listing for each of your staff within a certain mile or minute radius to a particular patient, staff or physical address in CellTrak.
• All filters, including time, are based on the field staff's last known GPS point. If the staff is in an area of little to no coverage they may not be visible in the filtered query you select.
• From the Maps page, you are capable of searching for the closest discipline based staff or patient based programs from a variable number of minutes and miles.
• Based on your query, you can use the get directions feature directly from the Maps page.
• Clicking on the Staff Map link takes you to that particular staff’s map. This is the same map you see when selecting the visit map icon from the Open Visits page, Completed Visits page and Field Staff page.
