CellTrak Technical Services includes continuous support from experts to accelerate your positive outcomes. A CellTrak account manager will work with you to manage reports, conduct optimization analysis and establish key performance indicators to improve performance over time.

You’ll have unlimited access to a library of training videos and utilization reports to monitor adoption and facilitate coaching. Support is available 24 hours a day, and everyday of the year via telephone and email.

Because data is automatically collected at every visit, it's available using standard reports, and can be viewed at an overall level, by location, and by discipline. To maximize results, your account manager will work with you to understand the reporting features. You’ll find the reports valuable for demonstrating care quality and compliance, and improving performance over time. The reports can be used to:

  • Analyze data to improve care delivery
  • Increase referrals by demonstrating care quality
  • Improve staff performance by quickly identifying coaching and training needs
  • Provide updates to management and prepare for audits
