Caldwell Hospice Upgrades to latest version of CellTrak

May 24, 2010 5:41:58 AM

Caldwell Hospice joined the CellTrak family in the summer of 2008. At that time, the thought of using cellular technology for automation in their hospice was considered a leap to the future in terms of the paper processes that were in place at the time. Now on a daily basis, CellTrak is one of the keys to their operations and the thought of going back to paper does not even exist.

Caldwell Hospice has been very pleased with the CellTrak service and since their upgrade this spring they receive even more benefits than before. The GPS Visit Verification lets them know that their CNA's are where they are supposed to be. Quicker response times and some additional capabilities in CellTrak visit manager portal all help when delivering service to Caldwell's patients.

Mr. Joe Poarch, Director of IT commented, "Things are going very well with our CellTrak service and we are very satisfied with the overall service we receive from CellTrak. Our return on investment thru travel time and mileage savings has allowed the service to pay for itself in less than a year. We are very likely to recommend this to other hospices and CellTrak has been a great addition for our company. We look forward to a long relationship with CellTrak."

Scott Herrmann VP of Sales for CellTrak mentioned: "Caldwell Hospice is another one of our clients who understood what the potential was for implementing automation at the point of care, made the decision to go forward, and now is receiving all of the benefits and savings of our service as all of our clients do."
