Andrew Bezaitis joins CellTrak to lead Global Product and Services Strategy Execution

Schaumburg, IL (August 27th, 2012) – CellTrak Technologies, Inc. today announced the addition of Andrew (Andy) Bezaitis to its executive leadership team. Andy has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective immediately. In this role Andy will be reporting directly to the President and CEO of CellTrak, Michael K. Wons, and will be a member of the CellTrak Executive Leadership team.

Andy has 25+ years of technology experience and has served in senior leadership roles including VP of Product Development, Senior Vice President, Founder and President with leading technology companies including Apopleo, Aspect Software, Cantata Technology, RovingIP.net, Cambia Networks, 3Com Corporation and Motorola.

Andy brings deep expertise in strategic partner initiatives, with an emphasis on establishing mutually beneficial relationships with industry-leading organizations in the carrier and enterprise markets. Known as a prolific innovator and product development leader, Andy has been awarded nine United States patents for various hardware and software technologies including, but not limited to, mobile Internet protocol (IP), point-to-point protocol (PPP) connection, wireless networking authentication, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). He holds a BS EE from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS EE from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
