Agencies get paid faster and minimize audit risk using EVVLink

Schaumburg, IL – January 29, 2018 – CellTrak Technologies, supplier of the industry’s top Care Delivery Management solution used at over 4,000 home care agency locations in the US, Canada and the UK, announced today CellTrak EVVLink, a solution to comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements mandated in the 21st Century Cures Act.

“For organizations that provide Medicaid-funded personal care services and home health care services, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a requirement, not an option,” stated Mark Battaglia, CEO at CellTrak. “Agencies must comply with EVV regulations outlined in the 21st Century Cures Act by January 2019. EVVLink automates data relay so agencies can get paid faster, and reduce their audit risk.”

EVVLink saves agencies from having to build and maintain separate interfaces in order to comply. For agencies who are reporting to multiple MCOs, or have locations in multiple states, the benefit is exponential. Furthermore, if the billing data is not properly matched with EVV information, agencies risk having delayed payments, denied claims, and an increased chance of an audit.

Amy Morris, Director of Product Management at CellTrak, explains, “This single interface seamlessly transmits required information to state aggregators and MCOs quickly and efficiently. EVVLink joins relevant data, checks each record, and alerts the agency to review inaccurate records before relaying.”

EVVLink then transmits this data in the correct format to any entity. As a result, agencies are fully compliant with EVV requirements for reimbursement, setting the stage for faster payments and reducing the risk of phantom billing.
