CellTrak VisitManager™ expands leadership across the Canadian Mobile Market

Cambridge, ON (October 31, 2014) - CellTrak is reaching new heights across Canada with their 2nd generation care and service delivery platform. Far more than the mobile point of service application, CellTrak provides real-time staff management, performance management and executive dashboard delivering increased productivity and improved quality of care.

CellTrak has accelerated the rate of innovation in the new CellTrak VisitManager™ platform. Health care workers have access to client information, care documentation and decision support tools at the point of service. Service and care delivery information is transferred instantaneously to service coordinators and clinical leaders improving care delivery workflow for the entire team. Running on all major mobile platforms and working with all leading billing and scheduling systems across Canada, CellTrak will be demonstrating the new functionality at Booth #16 at the Canadian Home Care Association conference.

CellTrak’s service delivery tools are in use with the largest most innovative agencies from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. In 2014, CellTrak added five leading providers across Canada including two more of the Nation’s largest home care agencies, VON Canada and CarePartners, who are both implementing the next generation VisitManager platform.

CarePartners selected the VisitManager platform to support their community support workers and provide real time care delivery visibility. “CellTrak has deep operational expertise on staff”, according to Linda Knight, CEO who goes on to say, “the CellTrak implementation team worked with our leaders to design technology-enabled care delivery processes that are transforming the way we deliver care”.

Please attend our presentation “Performance indicators in Home Healthcare” on Wednesday 8:30-9:30am at CHCA Summit (session 4B). CellTrak will demonstrate how home care data collected at the point of care can be organized into a performance management framework that supports operational excellence and improves in quality of care.

CellTrak is pleased to be hosting a social hour immediately before the CHCA Delegate Banquet. Please join us at the CellTrak Social hour on Tuesday Nov 4 at 6pm.
