CellTrak Technologies Expands Management Team to Meet Strategic Business Growth as the Mobile Healthcare Industry Moves to Paperless Automation

Schaumburg – April 2nd, 2008 –CellTrak Technologies Inc, the leading provider of Home Health Care automation via GPS cell phone technology, announced today that it has successfully recruited its Chairman of the Board Dick Herrmann to join the company on a full-time basis as its Chief Executive Officer. David Qu remains at CellTrak as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Dick is former founder and CEO of Ti3, Inc. which developed and delivered a fully automated paperless time and attendance solution for leading staffing industry organizations. The company focused on clients who chose to outsource the design and hosting of their paperless applications to Ti3’s ASP service centers. Ti3, Inc. was acquired by TALX Corporation in July 2001. Mr. Herrmann currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Call-em-all.com, & Bonza Bike Tours, LLC. He also brings 20+ years of senior executive management experience from Xerox and Rolm Corporation.
