Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and point-of-care documentation will help caregivers focus on what's most important to them - their patients

Schaumburg, IL – September 11, 2017 - CellTrak Technologies, provider of the industry’s top Care Delivery Management solution used at over 4,000 agency locations, and BAYADA Home Health Care, a global provider of home-based clinical care and support services for people of all ages, announced the launch of a new partnership today. Caregivers in BAYADA’s Assistive Care State Programs practice offices will use CellTrak’s Care Delivery Management solution to efficiently deliver personal care and household support services, electronically verify visits, and document visit data at the point of care—their patients’ homes.

“Our caregivers choose BAYADA for meaningful career opportunities because we provide exceptional support,” said BAYADA’s Eric Thul, Practice Leader for the Assistive Care State Programs practice. “CellTrak’s mobile solution with electronic documentation and automated workflows is an additional way that we can support them to complete documentation faster while delivering care with the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards to our patients.”

“We’re thrilled to find a technology partner whose product aligns with our goals to empower our caregivers, optimize their time, and enable them to fulfill their inherent desire to make a difference,” added Kerry Meabon, Associate Director for the practice.

The CellTrak Care Delivery Management solution includes a connected combination of mobile apps and office-based portals. Caregivers in the field use the mobile app to manage schedules and electronically verify visits, record mileage, and document time in/time out. The app is also used to record visit documentation at the point of care. Office staff can use the portal for real-time access to caregiver locations and push out secure messages individually or to groups of caregivers. The CellTrak solution integrates with EMRs and back-office systems to further enable the efficient flow of data.

“When providers use CellTrak to eliminate paper-based documentation and automate workflows, we have seen productivity rise by 25 percent and mileage reimbursement costs fall by 26 percent,” stated Mark Battaglia, CellTrak’s CEO. Documentation accuracy improves and agencies are better able to coordinate care and manage their distributed workforce wherever they operate.”

Andrew Kaboff, CellTrak’s founder and Chief Business Development Officer, added, “In today’s value-based health care market, accurate documentation and real-time data are critical. Providers are increasingly accountable for the efficient delivery of services, and this challenge becomes even more urgent for agencies that operate in multiple states. CellTrak is a comprehensive, proven solution to help address these challenges.”
