New CellTrak Services Help Agencies Improve Onboarding and Retention
CellTrak LearningManager™ Add-on Services provide options to customize CellTrak’s training content, add their content to LearningManager, or get source files for deploying CellTrak training to their LMS.

CellTrak, the provider of the industry’s leading Care Delivery Management solution used for over 1 million home care visits each week across the US, Canada, and the UK, announced today an expansion of their offerings with CellTrak LearningManager Add-on Services. These services support agencies in achieving learning and development objectives and are comprised of three offerings: CellTrak Content Customization, CellTrak Content Hosting, and CellTrak Source File Delivery. The services are available as of April 4, 2019.
With turnover rates reported to be as high as 67%, agencies must make learning and development an ongoing strategic priority. The goals of improved retention and delivering excellent home care begin with effective training in the onboarding process. By providing on-demand training, accessible via any mobile device and integrated with the CellTrak care delivery apps by clicking a link, agencies can train staff when they need it, whether in the office or the field.

CellTrak Content Customization service provides content, tailored to an agency’s terminology and reflects their workflows, that makes CellTrak training videos and documents more relevant for learners. In addition, the service also encompasses producing new content for specific business goals, like onboarding videos to speed and improve adoption.
CellTrak Content Hosting service enables customers to use LearningManager as their LMS. This service streamlines the management of their learning and development process by enabling them to create and manage their own library of content. In addition, caregivers and other staff benefit from a single access point for agency policies and procedures as well as CellTrak content.
CellTrak Source File Delivery service provides LearningManager videos and reference materials in editable formats to a customer for posting to their LMS. Customers can fine-tune these materials for their needs. In addition to controlling the use of content, this service enables customers to control the delivery of the content to their learners.
