VNA Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky recently upgraded to the latest version of the CellTrak™ Mobile Visit Manager Solution. A CellTrak customer since early 2009, the agency was seeking to enhance the current value of the mobile solution for its homecare aides. This included implementing the latest care plan features along with the mobile point of care technologies from CellTrak. The solution is in use for over 100 homecare aides and includes scheduling, aide, patient and care plan data that is integrated from Delta Health Technologies’ Encore solution.
