“We can strengthen home care overall if we strengthen the people who provide direct care...This scholarship program is one proven way of supporting caregivers to advance their careers in home care. We are very pleased that CellTrak has stepped up to sponsor this program.”

William A. Dombi, President of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC)

November is National Home Care & Hospice Month, a time to celebrate the practice of home care and all of the individuals contribute to providing care every day. Part of this month's planned celebration includes a weekly scholarship award (two a week) and one week focusing solely on home care aides. From November 8th to November 14th, we will be giving away two scholarships a day.

Home care aides are key to our health system transformation and this new scholarship program will afford 20 recipients with the opportunity to move forward with their educational endeavors. You must be nominated for a chance to win.

"I will never forget my first home care visit with Mary; she is the first aide to use CellTrak’s point-of-care on a mobile phone in 2006. Mary picked me up at her office at 7am and we drove off to her first patient. I watched Mary document electronically the visit notes in the app on her phone. 500 million visits later, I realize it all started with Mary, my first Caregiver to use CellTrak! Thirteen years ago, we wanted to empower aides to have their electronic point-of-care solution that would help them continue to make a major impact in patient’s lives...I am profoundly appreciative of all home care Aides around the world who take care of our family and friends. They make the difference! We have always wanted to give back and today we are excited to announce the start of the CellTrak Scholarship program. We believe the Aides who have helped build CellTrak one visit at a time deserve the opportunity to grow within their career. Aides work hard and in challenging situations, it is both timely and appropriate that CellTrak give back!"

Andrew Kaboff, CRO & Founder, CellTrak.

This will be the first year a home care aide specific scholarship program has been offered through the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Aides awarded with scholarships will be announced in November 2020. If you have questions about the nominations please email:
